The Government agreed to voluntary remands in the following cases in January of 2010: Grigsby v. Astrue, No. 09-cv-2139 (C.D. Ill. Jan. 20, 2010) and Molsen v. Astrue, No. 09-cv-3891 (N.D. Ill. Jan. 13, 2010). These clients were represented by Frederick J. Daley with assistance from Gregory Benker and Suzanne Blaz.
