Curtis v. Hartford Life, No. 11-cv-2448 (Jan. 18, 2012) was cited by the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin in an article by Steven P. Garmisa titled, “ERISA rule loses out in Illinois case” (Mar. 6, 2012). The article also cited Mark DeBofsky and mentioned that he, too, is a Chicago Daily Law Bulletin contributor and a “noted ERISA expert.”
